2ND ANNUAL COOKOUT FOR THE TROOPS EVENT

July 18th, 2018 by

Carter Chevrolet will be firing up the grills for a day of food and fun for all ages this Saturday, July 21st from 11am – 2pm to support our Connecticut’s military members, their families, and the organizations that support them! Save the date, and come out to our 2nd Annual Cookout for the Troops Event.

We will also be donating 100% of the proceeds to the Connecticut National Guard Association and USO CT. These organizations work hard to support military members and their families by providing financial assistance and support when needed. In 2017, the first statewide CARA Cookout for the Troops Event raised over $35,000.

As noted by Jonathan Larabee, Dealer Principal, “The Cookout for the Troops is a great way to help those who put their lives on the line so we may enjoy our freedom and safety.” It is also a way to show our gratitude and continued support for the troops. Here at Carter Chevrolet, we have always been a proud supporter of our Connecticut troops.”
