- Paint: Provided is a Lifetime Warranty on all paintwork performed by Carter Auto Body and Paint
- Metalwork: Provided is a Limited Lifetime Warranty , from the date of repair, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
- Mechanical Repairs: Provided is a Limited Lifetime Warranty, from the date of repair, on all mechanical repairs performed by Carter Auto Body and Paint pertaining to the original collision damage.
- Parts: Provided is a Limited Lifetime Warranty, from the date of repair, on all parts installed by Carter Auto Body and Paint, not to exceed the manufacturer's warranty.
- Items 2 through 4: Carter Auto Body and Paint will repair or replace any items in sections 2 through 4 when a claim is made while the present owner, identified below, owns the vehicle, unless cause by new damage to the vehicle, or by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. This warranty is void if the repair is altered in any way by person's not authorized by Carter. This warranty if not transferable.
- Specifically Excluded
A) Incidental costs including, but not limited to, towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, claims of lost time.
B) Rust. Surface rust or rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered.
- Customer's Obligations: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the person named below must have any warranted repair, inspection or adjustment made only at the premises of the warrantor.
